What are the rental Hours? All Day! That’s right here at Froggy Party Rentals we do Deliveries between 7am and 3pm and pickup next day during similar hours. Times may change under certain circumstances, therefor we communicate updates on delivery times before and during the day of your rental. Pickups are always the next morning unless we agreed otherwise.
If it begins to rain, please turn the inflatable ON.
Keeping it inflated will prevent rainwater from collecting inside the unit.
However, if rain is expected overnight, do not leave the inflatable running unattended.
Instead, disconnect the blower and place it in a covered area (such as a porch). If water gets inside the unit, we will take care of it when we return.
When reserving an inflatable, a non-refundable deposit of $20–$50 (depending on the items rented) is required. If you cancel your event, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the unit has already been set up and the full balance has been paid, we cannot offer refunds due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. However, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. In cases of significant or severe weather, we may offer a rescheduled rental at a discounted rate, depending on the situation and what we determine to be fair.
Please note: Light rain or personal scheduling issues do not qualify for a discounted reschedule
We accept Cash, Zelle, and Cashapp. For deposits we only accept Zelle or Cashapp.
We setup in the morning so if your party until the afternoon you can unplug or power off the inflatable using the on/off button on the blower.
Please DO NOT leave the unit running all night long.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any Moonwalk or inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. We even have a YouTube channel showing how we clean our units 🙂
Our rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure your preferred inflatable is available, we recommend reserving it 2–4 weeks before your event.
If you have a last-minute request, we’ll be happy to check availability and do our best to accommodate you.
Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units. We even have tables, chairs, and even commercial Tents available. Just call us at 346-322-6924 for more information.
Our Moonwalk or any inflatable can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
